So I started off my Sunday by looking ahead and setting some goals but I also spent some time looking at how far I have come.
On June 29th 2015 I started the 21 Day Fix. On that day I weighed 200.3 lbs. My BMI was obese!! I set my long term goal to get my BMI into the healthy range. With my first short term goal of losing 10 lbs.
As of Monday July 25th I weighed 146.1. I have lost 54 lbs and 47 inches in 13 months. My BMI is in the healthy range!! Yahoo!!
Looking back over the past year, I can honestly say that I have enjoyed it. I have eaten lots of food that I have enjoyed. I have worked out more then I ever have knowing that my coaches Jennifer Robertson, Deanna Robertson and all of the ladies in my accountability groups were there supporting me and cheering me on!!
